Totally underrated during their first decade making music. They are fantastic. The style of their music is very special. Though many bands played a similar style - like the Stones, Beatles, Kinks, Yardbirds, etc. this band impresses me a lot.

I saw The Pretty Things in the '70s ("Silk Torpedo" was the album they were promoting) in the US when they opened for The Kinks. The Pretty Things were great.

Great video, genuine and rare footage of the Pretty Things' legendary original first lineup. Viv Prince on drums! I wish some fan could get him on film in Faro, Portugal, where he resides now. They say he is just as crazy now as he was then.
