@Grimwed just cause other countries do it dosent make it right, lots of countries used to burn witches does that make it right? no of course not also not a single European country except Belarus has the death penalty, ,are you proud to be in a list with Iran, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, north Korea, Saudi Arabia. most countries with the death penalty are either run by dictators or some kind of religious law. also ever heard the saying an eye for eye makes the whole world blind.

@timtom099 tons of countries including western democracies have the DP, Japan, bangladesh, india, and botswana. also while Israel dosen't have judical capital punishment the IDF, Mossad, and the Shin Bit are allowed to kill those who are a direct treat to the country so no it's actually not that much of a deviance, and protects society from all the other troy davis animals out there.

Actually there was tons of evidence. Two witnesses still say he did it, there was a blood type match, bloodspatter evidence, and there was a ballistic match justice was done and Davis is rotting in hell. Oh btw every court in the nation found there was no police coercion and these so called recantations were in fact total lies.

@Grimwed there was no evidence to link him to the murder, and more than half the witnesses changed their testimony, because police coerced them into giving false testimonies, to kill an innocent man. remember, a gun with your fingerprints on it is hard and solid, cannot be forged. words of people, especially under pressure and stress, can be inaccurate. such a shame, an innocent man killed.

He for exactly what he deserved I say. Also u dumbasses need to learn some basic facts about the courts the pres can't do anything when it comes to state criminal cases so there was NOTHING Obama could have done.
