i tried your techniques and something weird happened. at first i felt warm inside my body. it was a liberating feeling. then all of a sudden i felt dizzy. i thought maybe i did too much work. after a while i had a headache and felt disoriented.  why all these bad feelings?

@camelot886 I would say you should start slowly, and build up. Just like if your thirsty and drink a large amount of water you feel bloated and too full. If you increase energy flow too quickly you will have physical reactions, slow and steady is best increasing a little each day tuning in to listen to your body.
