Sugar damage to the LDL receptor system leaves LDL in the blood stream (until scavenged) with major organs starved fat soluble nutrients delivered by LDLs. Attacking cholesterol is the big mistake exposed here. Please read our paper: Is the metabolic syndrome caused by a high fructose, and relatively low fat, low cholesterol diet? Seneff, Wainwright & Mascitelli Arch Med Sci 2011; 7, 1: 8-20 DOI: 10.5114/aoms.2011.20598

Read my blog on Tumblr - The Fats of Life lots of peer reviewed medical papers referenced.

Ancel Keys erroneous 1950s Hypothesis became a popular dogma and was enshrined in government policy by Senator George McGovern's report of 1977. Ever since then obesity has been accelerated. Who needs to prove anything when you can legally make $30,000,000,000 a year selling a drug that supports the idea that our vital cholesterol is commercially a legitimate target!

Memories are made of this! - Cholesterol

It is medical dogma that our heroic ‘cholesterol’ molecules got involved in pathogenesis.

The Brain 2% of body mass contains 25% of your cholesterol.

It is involved in every aspect of brain function from Myelin (50% cholesterol) to synaptogenesis.

Destroy your ability to eat and make cholesterol and memory will fail.

Amnesia and Mental disorders 2nd most common side-effect of statins after muscle loss.

Statistical association does not prove causation.

The point is there is no proof of cholesterol causing any disease.

Statistical associations produce hypotheses at best - they are not proof.

The 7 countries studies was selected from 22 available at that time.

Now that really is beyond unscientific - it is called fraud today.

The other countries proved the opposite and were left out.

also, there's never been ONE randomized controlled trial positively linking dietary intake of cholesterol to heart disease.

Any that have even suggested such a link have other confounding variables.

All properly done studies disprove the lipid hypothesis. After hundreds of millions of dollars trying to prove the lipid hypothesis, it's still that - a hypothesis.

And the vast majority of studies discredit it. You're in denial to suggest otherwise.

Hey There! Thanks a lot for this helpful video. By the way, I notice a lot of people keep on talking about Cholestelax Secrets (search on google), but I'm not sure if it's good. Have you thought about home remedy called Cholestelax Secrets? I've heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend completely cures his cholesterol naturally with this remedy.

Makes perfect sense. If LDL is used to carry the fat to the brain, and the brain gray matter is mostly fat, then blocking it seems like a really bad idea to me.

I believe fat in the blood increases the viscosity of the blood, subsequently it causes high blood pressure. Fat in the blood is related to liver function. "Healthy diet" helps relieve the load on the liver. Just try to explain my personnel experience and not sure if it is accepted by the medical society.

One has to wonder where Kendrick got his data about the Aboriginals. Such a low cholesterol level seems ancestral, and not consistent with their modern high fat, low fiber diet.

BTW, Kendrick got his data on the European countries from the WHO MONICA Study. MONICA found that 10 year variations in cholesterol accounted for 35% of the risk for coronary events. Why doesn't Kendrick tell us this?

Lithuania and Russia jump out as having more heart disease than the others. Alcoholism anyone?

Don't you think the pharma companies could influence the food pyramid to contain recommended daily portions of meat/dairy/oil so that people will need their drugs?

Only 5 were at odd's with the hypothesis.

    a. Denmark was occupied by the Germans. Their consumption of animal foods fell dramatically during the war, especially eggs.

    b. Netherlands had been in the Dutch Famine imposed by the Nazis in 1944 and 1945.

    c. Norway experienced a reduction in fat consumption during the war.

    d. And so did Sweden.

    e. Mexico had not even developed a death certificate system.

Naturally the prolonged reduction in sat. fat lowered their CVD when the data was collected.
