@TOMERICO1 ya true, I have seen a documentary on that too in Al Jazeera, they were expelled from all over Arabia/Gulf/North Africa. That is the sad part, when the palestinian struggle became religious, they only fight for Palestinian Muslims. Whereas, the Palestinian & Arab Jews/Christians are forgotten. I always wonder, didnt the non-muslims lose land too, why bring God into topics which are a result of human actions?!

At least it's a pacific way to raise their sayings. As Awad's father say, education is the key. The good thing about this story is that Awad had the option for a good education and is now doing his best. If new generations, jewish and palestines, can afford an education based on tolerance, peace will eventually come.

Hey, Al Jazeera, how about mentioning the Jews who were kicked out of the Arabs countries at the same time??? Same number as Arabs who left Israel. The only difference is that the Arabs who left or deported were fighting Israel and were spared. The Jews were kicked out of Arab countries simply for being Jews. Al Jazeera is a joke!
