halo 3 recon and how people fake having it

Alright, I'm sick of people posting videos saying that you can get recon through this glitch. They are simply lying. They use something like firebug, a firefox addon, to edit where their gamer picture comes from... in the video i change some numbers. The numbers are like this.
p1=0&p2=3&p3=3&p4=3&p5=3&p6=18&p7=0&p8=2 4
in each section (0&p2, 3&p4, 3&p5) the first number will determine what the armour permutation is. The first set do not change. The second is helmet, 3 being recon. Third and fourth is shoulders, fifth is body, 3 being recon, 7 being katana. last two are you primary/secondary colors. Have fun making a video to show all your friends you have recon... also have fun trying to explain to them why you don't wear it in game...

lmfao Recon armor is not just for Employees, the flaming helmet and Crystal armoro is the only armor for employees, Recon can be obtained by Owning some employees in the game during an event or by going to a convention with Bungie employees there then beat them and they give you Recon... i have 4 friends who went to MLG in new york and beat The bungie employees and received recon armor...

I got all the vidmasters to get recon, but i couldn't unlock it for about 4 days....... my friend done the last vidmaster the day after i did and got recon within 5 mins :@
