Well if you aren't familiar with the greatness of calypso it is easy to assume anything, As a Trinidadian by birth, and having lived there for 20 yrs, this song is great, it highlights how we can take any situation and put it to music, Gypsey is one of the Brilliant people of the world. I have now lived in the USA for 32 years, and when American friends or sometimes my students listen to calypso, it put them in the mind frame of what calypso is about , it beauty and and its strength.
