ban for life. images are clear, he had no reason to do that. uci made a disgrace of themselves for banning him for only one month

How he was banned for a month and not for life still astounds me... Shocking.
A pure reflection of the corrupt, moral less and decadent world we live in.

I agree with you, a rider that is about to make his entry in road cycling would be very, very foolish if he did this on purpose. On one hand because of countless witnesses and cameras, on the other hand because it's extremely unsportive!!!
I don't think a talented sportsman will risk his complete career just like that!

@dimspace You is not only one, the poster can too.

@lukew534 How can you tell, experience?

Of course he did it on purpose, cos he lost it complet. I have seen people attacking each other in 3rd cat races and I tell them if any one goes down , then they is fucked. In that situation I was the enforcer, as no one else had bottle to intervene. If you ride a bike, you know very well that this manoeuvre is irevocable. Any one trying to avoid would never even consider this, no matter how little time is available to "think".
I would never ride with or around bankrupt Bos.

intent can never be proven
i personally believe it was an accident, but like 'manslaughter' can be an accident, and he should have received punishment
if you do something by accident to me and it results in my broken jaw, vertebrae, and inability to work then you should owe me some large restitution - accident or not - it was your fault
well it appears the UCI have seen sense... todays news...
"The UCI determined that Bos' behaviour undermined the image, reputation and interests of cycling and of the UCI. In accordance with article 12.1.005 of the UCI regulations, this infringement is liable to a suspension of one to six months"
