Sony Vegas 7 Editing Tutorial for Halo 3 - Flash Effect

As requested by someone, thanks for requesting another video by the way, I made a little tutorial on how to get a short little flash effect into a video.

Please recommend anything that you can't figure out on your own and I will hopefully make a video tutorial showing how.

I got an problem... Im trying this Flash effect but the timeline isnt on that window.. So i cant use flash effect.. Can someone help with the timeline?

Is there any bar there at all? Like a different unit it's measuring in?

The only thing I can think of is if you go to the tool bar click

Options > Ruler Format > Time and Frames
