As the U.S. has begun a new fiscal year, the state of California has failed to balance its budget, which now has a 26.3 billion dollar deficit. Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has declared a fiscal emergency.

Im from texas but i got a dwi in california even though i was a block away from where i lived and i passed all the sobriety tests they still took me in for a dwi. I knew it was all about bringing in revenue to the state and i have not been paying on it as to help bring down the state. The idea that me not paying my dwi off so that the officer who took me to jail gets laid off or gets paid with a IOU i love it. Also the idea of me not paying taxes so soldiers do not get money for war is great to.

@HoGraz Schwarzenegger may have run under the Republican banner, but he is not a true conservative....he is actually a little left of center (He is from Liberal Hollywood after all). In addition, he is married to Maria Shriver, whose mother is from the Ultra-Liberal Kennedy Clan, we all know about. You think his wife doesn't influence him alot.
