Munib Masri, the richest person and one of the most influential people in Palestine (Head of Padeco, founder of Paltel, etc) welcomes the Israeli commander of the West Bank Division in the Israeli army Noam Tibon in his villa in Nablus. The Commander is being accompanied by Israel Channel 10 chief defense correspondent Alon Ben David.
