You gotta work through the pain! Tomorrow will be even WORSE! Light cardio should loosen you up, then just DO it!

Thanks!
Yeah i will definitely keep posting.
I don't notice much difference on the scale yet but i am beginning to feel a bit stronger. The exercises are slowly becoming easier.
I can't put the video on YouTube but i could give you a run down on what she does. I'm thinking how i could do this... hmmmmm
Let's see what i come up with.
:)
If you want to lose weight you have to feel pain. Beauty has a price.

Losing weight is much, much more about getting through the pain. Its about dealing with the real issues that got me where i am, learning to love every bit of myself, and creating nre, healthy habits that will last
And what i am doing is not just about beauty. Beauty is only a small fraction of what i am working on.

soreness is good! it means your muscles are torn which means that you had a good workout. This is how you build muscle. Make sure you get enough protien as this will help your muscles repair faster, also hot baths and cammomile tea(a natuarl muscle relaxer) will help with some of the pain. Remember the more muscle you build the more calories you burn naturally! Good work keep it up! Stay motivated, remember you never regret doing a workout, but you always regret not doing it! :)

I love the last bit you said. Its so true.
With my asthma flaring up, i have been focusing on walking more but i hope to get back in the groove soon

Good job. I have asthma to. I always use my fast acting inhailer right before my workout, one puffs for a short workout and two for a long one. Helps a lot, my asthma only seems to bother me when i workout or am around a lot of smoke or whatever so I would consider it not very bad at all, I dont know what your case is but that mayy help lol I dunno. Anywho, walkings great if its bothering you that much, its good to see your staying active.

my inhaler helps only for short workouts and even then sometimes it doesn't. I've never really had asthma until recently. I grew up pretty active, even in jrotc in High School.
i'm not sure whats happened but i am just trying to do what i can and keeping my inhaler close. But i do feel a difference when i am outside, it seems worse for some reason. Do you notice that?
