PS160 Bronx Protests Charter 5-09

May 29, 2009 - PS 160 of Co-op City, Bronx NY Protest the dictatorial imposition of a charter school by Mayor Bloomberg & Chancellor Klein. Over 100 students, parents, residents, teachers attended. Privatization via charters is a scheme by Government to undermine and underfund neighborhood public schools. Unite with our communities and GEM in the Citywide fightback!

I go to equality charter skool too n dey trying to be nice to yall n yall just being mad rude.!one of ecs teachers was trying to get in da skool cuz it was locked n a ps 160 teacher was lik no we dnt allow you ppl in our skool n trust meh us students were mad about dat n charter skools r public skools remeber dat.!

Yo ps 160 is two headed with this l( u ask why I'm saying this well I go to the charter skool ,Equality Charter School,) they are protesting us but when they find out many of their older friends go there they wanna act nice, tht is fucking unfair
