Then past Karol Wojtyła (Pope John Paul II) home on ulica Kanonicza and up Wawel Hill to the Cathedral, the Royal Castle and the Chakra stone. Back down along the Wisla to Skałka and into Kazimierz, Kraków historic Jewish quarter.

Great video. Learnt new things, never knew the green space around the city was a moat!!! I always use your guides when I am in Krakow. I visited in May and absolutely loved it, such a stunning city. Am coming back in 2 weeks time for the Xmas market and to see the city in the winter. Hope it is snowing!

Smok was killed by the young shoemaker.... in a cunning way.. He sfuffed dead sheep with hot spices... which had a burning feeling inside smok's stomach. Smok stared drinking water from Vistula river.. he drank and drank... until he bloated and burst to pieces.... :-)

and Kosciuszko Hill is NOT the burial place of Tadeusz Kosciuszko. It was created to commemorate Kosciuszko.
