BEWARE OF RUNNAWAY TOYOTA'S FROM 2001 TO 2009 THERE BEEN accidents caused by some kind of glitch in the electronic computer system used in Toyotas that controls the throttle ,WHICH CAUSE THE CAR TO accelerate ,and the break to get stuck. If this happens to you do not turn of the engine just put the car in Neutral, and press very hard on the break peddle this should stop the car safely.

Just to warn you, carb cleaner can eat away any type of rubber seals. So you might want to get a can of CRC electric parts cleaner.

Thank you for this step by step video.
My 2000 camry actually had this exactly same problem twice in the last 1.5 years. At first, it frustrated me a lot because I did not know what was going on.
Now I can just keep a carb cleaner in my car and fix it myself when next time it happens.

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this helpful video !!!
