@DaWoonRa It is, but just not the Castlevania what you're used to.

There are 2 types of Castlevania. First is classic like first, third, Super and Bloodlines Castlevania. Second is MetroidVenia with the main character wielding sword and exploring castles with option for returning to the beginning of the game and gaining experience. I think that "Lords of Shadow" is return to classic type of Ccastlevania - main weapon is whip, we got chapters etc.
