Whole Foods' corporate office says that their house brand of food has only TWO products that are guaranteed NON GMO! All the others may have GMO ingredients in the product. BOYCOTT WHOLE FOODS UNTIL THEY GO ALL NON GMO. Conversely, Trader Joes guarantees all of their house brand foods contain NON GMO ingredients.

Having been raised on a farm it is also very helpful if you visit your local farmer or farmers market & talk with the farm owners about your views on organic, non-gmo, and cloned food. I've known alot of farmers in my life time & I've never known one that wasn't interested in what people want to buy & how to make their product more desireable to the consumers, it gives them an edge over the compitition, then get as many ppl as possible to help support those that carry what you want to eat.

I read Jeffrey Smith's book - Seeds of Deception - Shocking details but the most important was his explaination how these untested products got past the FDA. That alone will make you an activist. Second, the milk chapter I thought was a MUST read for all consumers - major danger factors with our milk.
