2 runs: first one is a 2nd gear pull second one is a 3rd gear pull.
[the first run is at the 9th sec in the video and the second run 48th sec]

he gets a good jump on me in both runs, but i reel him in and have him by the end of 3rd in the first run and 4th in the 2nd. after takin him by a length or more i let off. no way he can catch up w me in 5th n 6th.

i eventually pulled passed him both times and was running conservative boost bc i was having TBB issues- damn thing didnt want to stay on. we were going to run from a dig to see how that would go, but it got broken up.

great runs, and thanx to 10secS4 for coming thru w a spare TBB to save the day.

  • Nice runs zknyone. Cams wouldn't help much considering how much power a Stage 3 is putting out, and the evo is an evo 9, so cams wouldn't be as dramatic of an improvement as it would on an evo 8. 10-20 hp at most with pump gas. Not bad for a couple of bolt ons(Downpipe/cutout, mbc, cone filter, IC hard pipes and a tune).

  • they were good runs, but to be completely honest, i turned boost way down. if my Throttle body boot didnt keep blowing off (it was goin bad and wouldnt hold), and i had normal boost, it woulda been a crime scene. straight murda, LOL =D.

  • I own an S4, and i'll admit, i love evo's. im impressed by how much power they can put out.

  • me too. click-to-click steering and simply amazing balance. but to be honest, that night i was having major TBB issues. my TBB broke so i ran extra low boost to keep it from coming off. if my car had been running normal boost i would have ran on him from the get-go. thanks for looking!

  • Stage 3 cost 10gz evo prolly spend 3gz max !! on bolt ons Just give that evo Cams it will be diffrent outcome but i still Respect Audis Feels sad for Evo drive to get Beaten by a StationWagon

  • true, euro cars cost a ton to mod! i was barely boosting and on a crap tune too (i just installed a FMIC and intercooler pipes were coming off). even if it had cams, i dont think it could take me. that car anyways...

  • @RyIzzle im sorry to say but u should do a search your self my S4 k04 puts down 425whp on a mustang dyno pump gas and rs6 car puts down easy 500whp but my friend Manny has one and he put down 490whp on a daily drive S4 rs6 turbos

  • My last car was an Evo 8 MR with a Evo 9 4G63 mivec engine with cosworth cams and evo green turbo, motec ecu, pump gas and all I could get out of it was 290kw or about 390hp at the wheels.

    I'm building up a stage 3 b5 s4 atm and from all the research I have done proper stage 3 S4's have RS4/RS6 hybrids Ko4's or larger and on average 360kw or approx 500hp at the wheels.

    So either way your full of crap and a real stage 3 would decimate you!

    Your not going over 500hp without rods, and some good valvetrain, then might aswell port the head, and manifold. unless you actually WANT to break something.

    Well my roommate has a laser red stg3 all VAST, its slightly detuned because he has not upgraded the sidemounts. but he has RS6s and its on 18psi no meth. Ive seen some RS4/997 Ko4 (IDK if those are the same as "PJ"s) 360-370ish area.

  • @RyIzzle Bro i know my shit so you check the facts. There is plenty of threads that you can find on the forums or dyne ids on here that will show you. A healthy PJ KO4 car typically puts down 380-400whp on pump. Not the numbers the other guys are saying.

    Any yes i know what RS6 turbos are capable of because i have them on my S4.

    Do as he says and search before you open your mouth, jus RS4 Ko4s put down upwards of 380hp, and RS6 over 400hp

  • You guys are idiots. A healthy KO4 S4 will hit 400whp on a good day. The average KO4 S4 makes closer to 380whp. Just search.
