The Revo® STX brings to life the ultimate in cast control with the Infini™ Brake Design which combines a linear magnetic brake with a centrifugal brake for the ability precisely fine tune your reel. Eleven High Performance Corrosion Resistant (HPCR®) bearings paired with an Infini II™ spool design provide smooth casting with added distance.

The frame and side plate of the STX are made from X-Cräftic™ corrosion resistant aluminum alloy. This material is more durable and lighter than regular aluminum. The high speed 7.1:1 gear ratio model will help anglers with pitching and flipping presentations as well as burning baits over grass.

On my Revo STX . The tension knob set to the tightest setting still lets a 1/2 ounce jig fall relatively fast, is this normal.

Just bought 1 of these off eBay and doesn't seem to have centrifugal brake....

@THEBARBERSWIFE The newest model should have the Infini brake system with both the centrifugal brake and the linear magnetic brake.

@THEBARBERSWIFE Did you buy it used??? I also just bought a new stx on ebay from "countrysportsman" . I havent recieved it yet, so I cant say whether it has the centrifugal brake
