@SvenStadt Yes, evidently this very funny (in both ways) man does actually have a title, even though the British House of Lords has asked him to stop using it because it associates him with Parliament. But this Lord Monckton is a ridiculous parody of a man. It's hard to believe that he is not a comedian impersonating a weirdo. He's just a weirdo.

@xscdnm A retraction-- Lord Monckton (not a real lord, never sat in Parliament) may evidently simply be an astonishing parody of himself, rather than a brilliant characterization by Sacha Baron Cohen. Study this "lord's" behavior and exactly what he says in detail in the video clip above, and one can't help but wonder whether it's a joke or a setup, since his behavior and many of his statements are simply bizarre.

Glenn Beck is being punk'd by fictional character Lord Monckton (actually comedian Sacha Baron Cohen in a lot of makeup). The entire conservative anti-global-warming movement was entirely taken in by this fake "lord," this fictional comedic character whose data was gathered by a global network of "xboxes and playstations."
