Journalist Mark Horner produced this video for his blog, Beyond90Seconds.com.
Through the eyes of one American woman, "Crisis in Kenya" takes a look at political turmoil and escalating violence in Kenya that has followed that country's December 27, 2007 presidential election.
Louise Furman has traveled to Kenya six times over the past five years. She's made many Kenyan friends and does her best to donate money to help Kenyan orphans, single mothers and small businessmen.
Now, Furman, worries for the safety of those Kenyan friends. She looks out for their e-mails nearly every hour of the day and night.
Horner uses Furman's home video and photographs--all taken in Kenya--to put "faces" on this important story.
