If they don't wanna see it, it's their fault. And it's not like every german dub is shitty. It's pretty often that the german dub sounds funnier than the english one. Of course such things as english, scottish or african accents are impossible to take into the german language, but what the hell. There are many Germans who are completely against watching movies in the german dub (I know some btw), so they watch the original english version.

@ScienceOfStupidity most of the people are too comfortable to do that. voiceovering is the most destructive thing since the arrival of... i dunno, jeresy shore i guess. the thing is my generation learnt english from cartoon network and subbed movies. but from 2000 all toons were voiceovered, and now you cant have a little joke in english with most of the kids, fuck voiceovering, the greatest blasphemy in the history of tv and movies

We'll NEVER know their real voices? This is so true because it's impossible for Germans to go to a DVD store, buy movies and change the language into English.
