The purpose of the Power To Climb Kilimanjaro 2010 Expedition - was to create awareness and raise funds for Power To Be outdoor recreation programs to help enrich the health and quality of life for special-needs youth and their families in British Columbia. Our goal was to raise $150,000 (we raised $170,000), to ensure that all summit team members make the summit and return safely, and to have fun. On January 9, 2010, all three objectives materialized.
