The ladies performed this nicely, but this is actually Kawleeya. Kawleeya is energetic dance from Southern Iraq where the hair is tossed in a more vigorous way in any direction (kind of resembles headbanging in a rock concert in the US). Khaleeji has a different rhythm, is much more subdued in energy, and features gentle hair tossing from side to side or in a continuous smooth circle. The dancers would be wearing an Abaya, a very loose fitting robe. Its usually thought of as a Saudi dance.
