Oh yes, I am full of sporting quotes ^^ And are there truer words to ever have been spoken? Ok now to step down off my wise, old high horse :)
Two of my favourite gymnasts ever, strenght and grace, fire and ice...and there I go again with the wise words :P Love the music, love the gymnasts and to be honest I love the video too (aren't I modest :p)...
Oh and a question...
Where have all the blonde gymnasts gone??? Random I know but thats how I am, it dawned on me whilst watching a few RG montages around and about, and being blonde myself I felt a sudden loneliness XD Wheres Zhukova and Sessina when you need them? :)
Anywho, I'm going off track, hope you enjoy the video...I went a bit effects mad in the last one so I have toned it down to fades and white flashs for the time being! Enjoy!!

@nicw I have racked my brains over and over again trying to remember the name of this song! ^.^ BUT!!! I have done some research and 're-found' it on YouTube :) It is called Sultana by Corner Stone Cues, enjoy! :D
