@highpsirex2 I don't see what the big deal is. Both the Camaro and Cobalt SS are Chevys. It's just a friendly big brother vs little brother match and big brother lost. These Camaro guys are turning on their own family, and are too ignorant and stuck up to realize that. I'd rather lose to a built 4 Cylinder Chevy, than to lose to a 4 Cylinder B18 fart can having Honda driver..

Ohh yeah " YOU GO CHEVY! " ...keep makin the best of the pack!

First of all let me say I was impressed... The first "street race" I've had since I bought my 2011 Camaro SS LS3 and just went up against what I thought was some ricer and holy crap he kept up and if I had missed one shift he would have had me...when we got to the next stop I asked "what the hell is that?" he replied to my surprise a Cobalt SS Turbo ...and he said it was modified ??? Don't know how? But it was fast I will say for what he paid vs. what I paid I'd say he got a lot a bang for his

First of all that camaro's an auto or in the wrong gear, and if you want to race a real one (an LS1 car) you'd get demo'd at 60 because that's about 4500rpms in a t56. It would break loose right in your ear

is that 360-375 whp based on dyno results or is that estimated?
-
@MAC491975 power to weight. the camaro is heavy. it is basically an even race
-
@chrisc6612007 You mean the Camaro is 800 lbs heavier, not 1800....
-
He said it was an LSJ, that means it came stock as supercharged motor converted to turbo. Are people stupid? Read and understand something before you open your mouth!!!

Stage kit came from intense but everything else came from ZZP. I don't care what anyone says LSJ is one of the best motors ever made. Next to get is the twin charger kit, and the 2.4 stroker kit. People don't believe when you say what cars you've beaten but it's simple math...power2weight...always been and always will.
when i normally run 18 on boost setting A and 22 on boost setting B

I am a big cobalt fan, however the L99 camaro produces 400hp and 410fpt. There is no way that cobalt is gonna walk all over the camaro the way it did.

@MAC491975
ACTUALLY I was at about 360-375whp on that boost setting. Seems how my cobalt is more than 1800lbs lighter than the camaro. I have a no reason to lie... and the camaro owner knows how to drive. Watch the other two races a 40 roll and a dig. They are in my videos.

Those are some impressive numbers. So your Cobalt is a SS and you upgraded the turbo? Or did you have a non turbo SS and added the turbo. I am thinking of getting a SS/TC, but i will want to be able to increase the HP. What do you recommend.

@MAC491975
I have the ss supercharged. I removed the sc and sleeved the block and put forged pistons it already comes with forged crank and rods. Then I added a 56mm turbo made buy bullseye. Completely re did the fuel system and have full tuning capabilities via HPTuners.
At one time the car was combo charged running both sc and tc. But the turbo only was faster when I could get it to hook.
Stock trans just went out at 45k when I added a 100shot. Non progressive.
