I agree that there are bad refs in Alberta as there is not development of anything at all except the pocket of the so call executives from the conflictive soccer associations from bottom to top with csa and concacaf been the worse. Soccer is played on the field not from the desks and there are leagues that play hockey soccer with time outs.
