The true reason for this holiday season is Jesus Christ.

But have you heard that many are greeting with "Happy Holidays"
instead of Merry Christmas? Happy Holidays is fine to say, but the
reason for the holiday, the holy day, is Jesus Christ.

It is as though, once again, there is no room for Jesus.

Luke 2:7 reads "And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn."

Taking Jesus Christ out of the holiday is like saying again that there
is no room for him. But there is room for Jesus in our hearts and in
our lives.

Let's keep Jesus Christ in this holiday season by saying I wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
