This is a reworked version of an earlier video. This has been one of my most successful projects to date and one I am rather proud of! If you want more information on the 7V fan mod then check out this video from FuzzyBunnyBooties:

  • I didnt know sean bean knew so much about fan control.

  • @sp4maerie LOL. I'm from (nearly) the same part of the UK!

  • Did you connect more than one fan to a switch? I'm planning on connecting all my fans (intake and exhaust) to one switch so wanted to know if it will work.

  • @sunil237 Yes I did. I wired it so you can have 2 fans on each switch. You could do more than that, just check what is the maximum current the switches you use can take. Then make sure that whatever you connect them to doesn't exceed that. As long as it doesn't, you can connect the switch to as many fans as you like.

  • nice i am making a cooler for my i man i (21.5") and ive made a stand for the fans and i am going to use your wiring idea to put all the wires and switches.

  • @Armaangandevia1 Glad this has been some use to you. Though the real credit should go to Fuzzy Bunny Booties whom I got the idea off!
