You'd have made quite some money from it too if you'd send word out on sites like 4chan or 9lives and such. Seriously.

new 'old-school looking' games are very popular now and 2D is back ! Just look at games likes Braid and Terraria. If you ever find a good programmer , i recommend you to continue the work , as it will be worth your time and effort ;)

@Kolashov Thanks, I plan on remaking this someday... Currently working on a game for mobile, which will hopefully make some money and then I can start on bigger projects like this and Madhouse :)

Please resurect this project! It looks like a cross between Wonderboy in Monster Land, Ghosts n Goblins and Maple Story. Or is that just wishfull thinking?

I really think this game could be Jehovah tier.

@bensons999 Believe me, I'd love to continue this project, but the dude I partnered with to make it is pretty unreliable. I'd basically have to start over from scratch with someone else and I'd probably want to re-do a lot of the graphics and design. For a project like this, I'd rather have some kind of funding or professional studio and then release on WiiWare or something. I have my hands full with a few other promising projects this year, but hopefully someday this will live again!

WANT! Maybe someday you can finish it! It looks to be already incredibly refined - well, as far as I know of indie games. I really love the variety of environments, sprites and character animation you show even in this little teaser. :3
