Dick Figures Oscar Nomination?

The boys from Dick Figures were nominated for the big IAWTV Best Animated Series award, but they didn't win. They'd probably say that it's an honor just to be nominated. That's bullshit! Losing sucks. But you're about to win because we've just cued up all the nominees!

I love both shows. RvB and Dick Figures.

I cannot stand it when one of my fandoms attacks another fandom I love.

Y'all go over to ONE. Yes, just one RvB video to rant about it.

The RvB video you guys commented on sucked. That was one of the worst episode of the show. You can't just jump to conclusions with one bad episode.

RvB fans tried rubbing RvB's win in your faces but I show this Dick Fig video and now they don't.

Humour varies among the people ... that i agree...

For me personaly, i hate RVB not because of the jokes... because of the way they presented the humour... the lack of active animation as you can see in dick figures is 1 thing... but the lack of gesture and monotoned voice realy kills it....

Just watch davidsocomedy and compare it to RVB... its like watching 2 drunk people chit chat in the bar...

While animation is sparse in Revelations, EVERY episode in in Season 9 is half machinima and half Monty-goodness.

Examples in Revelations: Ep 3, the AWESOME fight scene in Ep 10, and Episodes 18, 19, 20.

Humor, on the other hand, differs from person to person. What may be funny to you or I may very well be different. You wouldn't tell an elderly lady fart jokes and you wouldn't do political humor with a little boy.

Many famous youtube artist REFUSE to join machinima because of that.... just check out OneyG and Eddsworld.... they are respected animators in youtube.... unlike Red vs Blue... non original content and just voice over halo characters....TALKING TALKING TALKING... FUCK man..

seriously....ive browse through season 9 and even watch red vs blue revlations like sdaerfofsteam2 said.. theres NO ANIMATION AT ALL .... its all halo character models voiced over.
