Recruits on Parris Island engage in a motivational run.
If you want to know what Marine training is like from someone who has experienced it personally, then Devil Dog Diary is the book for you.
Devil Dog Diary is the ONLY fully-illustrated, first-hand account of USMC basic training ever published. It's packed with photos -- it's even got a glossary of Marine slang. It's a must-read for both recruits and salty dogs who want to relive their boot camp days.
