You appear to have gentle, but firm / confident, hands. That will help with future baths.
One thing that may help, if kitty was nervous at all, is filling the tub first - about belly height. Running water can cause anxiety (mainly the noise, though you had it on a nice low stream).
It also looked like the head may have been run under the water at one point. When that's unexpected it can be quite alarming, not to mention the water-up-the-nose potential.
She's such a cutie! 8)

I had to flip the vote to a positive. Most cats do clean themselves and don't need to be bathed.
On the flip side, furrier felines could use a wee help when they have those pesky dingleberries. A little off the bottom will alleviate that issue, but a bath is a decent alternative if kitty tolerates a dip better than a clip.
Another reason would be fleas (especially in rescue situations) or to reduce allergies.
Normally, though, cats do take care of themselves. 8)

if momma leaves kitten too early they don't learn to groom themselves properly. This kitten is too young to groom itself yet, so getting used to water and bathing is a good idea. It will learn that it's not that bad and it won't last too long. But it helps make them less scared if don't use running water but just run a sink full and stopper it up.

yeah u do too give cats baths

u dont give cats baths!!! thats y they clean themselves!!!
Bathing a cat's head is not a good idea. water can get in their ears causing infections, and nose. Avoid that in the future. They have small wipes for their ears if they're dirty.

You are right. In this case I had to do it; this is a rescued cat, the mother dropped her soon after birth. She was covered with dirt and flies whenI found her. I should have put this on with the info.
