Supervisors are appointed for their skills in various disciplines, and are best equipped to identify various work hazards and initiate effective control measures, in order to prevent incidents and accidents from occurring. The Supervisor is the key to incident and accident prevention. In order for us to accomplish a continuous improvement of proactive safety awareness on this Project, it is essential that Supervisors implement and maintain the requirements as stipulated in the Supervisor's Daily Log. The aim is to achieve visible improvements as far as site safety implementation and compliance is concerned. The Log will guide Supervisors through their safety duties and responsibilities, and provides a means of recording safety duties performed.
