You looked beautiful! My wife and I both served in the Army and when she cut her beautiful hair off I was sick! You did a selflish thing and be proud of who you are.. I know I am proud of you!! ;-)

When my sister was six I conviced her to shave her head. I was grounded for two months after that.

I had long hair until I was 13. I cut it pretty short and had lots of short haircuts, some of which were really nice. Then, about 2 years ago, I let it grow again and want to cut it. I just don't know how short and what I want it to look like. I like it when people try something new with their hair, so thumbs up! :)

I bet alot of these pnytails never see a childs head. Its a nice gesture but to cut all of that hair off is a waste to me. Both girls had pretty hair and neither looked better in that common long layered bullshit.The hair should have been cut in a blunt cut to compliment the straight and shine of the hair.The hair is like tv sitcom hair.

thanks for the comment, and next time I need a hair cut, I'll be sure to come find you, where ever you are, so that you can give me a cut that isn't "tv sitcom hair"

Well, it's by no means LONG now. In fact it has just gotten to the point where I can stand it and put it back in a pony tail. I plan on letting it grow out to a managable length, and then maintaining it from there. At this time I don't plan on donating my hair again.
