@lcocquii Thank you for your response & for your correction but i am pretty sure that Mr. Rivera is A Mexican American (I am the one he called Nigger and filed a complaint Etc. Etc.) Also Mexican Americans are now classified as 'White' Far from a Puerto Rican!

@jukido987 we call each other names all the time. But, it seems that some black people can act in an outrageous manner and they tend to be looked at as the norm. But in deference to your question, no it's not cool. And I originally posted to correct your assumption of Officer Rivera,s ethnicity.

This Is No Surprise. CPD is known for its racism. One white Cop Named John Rivera out of 937 N. Wood police station calls African Americans Niggers all the time...and gets away with it!
