Because Hermioine's color choice of blue says so much about her character. Hermione was never a girly-girl and was contemptuous of pretty girl things, like when Lavander and Parvati would talk about make-up and things like that. She would NEVER wear pink if she could help it. (So, it's completely unlike the real Hermione to wear pink.) That's why ppl have problems with it--because it's anti- her character. It's beyond just a pink dress v. a blue one.

yeah it was the same with hermione's teeth and hair she had really big teeth in the book but not in the movie

Yes it is supposed to be blue and the book says that both the girls and boys were dressed in "dress robes". I wasn't a big fan of that dress.

I know the dress is supposed to be blue, but i think the colors of the other one look better on her than blue would. Great interview, it was a lot better than a lot of other "generic" hp interviews whic tend to all be te same.
