  • haha rovers suck thats a good one u have any idea how many jeeps i have pulled out. hahaha wooo u made me laugh on that one i guess thats why the navy seals an marines prefer the land rover defender over all other vehicles. jeeps are a peice of shit from the factory

  • This video may not be that intense, but Land Rovers will go a thousand places your stock pickups and Jeeps will never go. Look at their track record numbnuts.

  • so the day after you bought it you decided to go into a puddle? LMAO

  • @gibbo1112 I'm saying that it's NOT what they use. Brit SAS uses the Defender. US forces DO NOT use LRs OR Jeeps. From time to time US Special Forces (and other special forces) may opt to travel in a local vehicle to better blend in. In the current Afghan war zone this is more often a Toyota or Nissan model vehicle, again not a jeep or LR.

  • @domeslacker he said prefer, not use. and going of your comment of using what the military gives them, this indicates they are stuck with the humvees but want lr?

  • @sammwarren19 prefer 2s personally, 3s are to far along the path lr are following to comfortable soccer mum cars for my taste

  • Discovery 3 all the way!!

  • guy at the end sounds like mayor quimby of simpsons...

  • How can you compare a Jeep Rubicon with a new model Range Rover. Whilst they are both great off-roaders, they are aimed at different markets. apart from being a great off-roader, the Range Rover is an awesome grand tourer eating the motorway miles with ease and absolute comfort. Land Rover and Jeep are two very well respected Marques and it does no justice to either the RR or the Rubi to compare them... chalk and cheese.....

  • @jmorris6689 with u all the way until the SEAL and Marines comment.they pretty much use what the military gives them,u are partially correct in that it does not include Jeeps, BUT it also doesn't include rovers.SEALs use dune buggy, parachute or zodiac.Marines use armored personel carriers, or humvees. However, i must say i will absolutely say Rovers are VERY capable 4x4 vehicles, esp when talking of Defenders. One could arge that a Rubi is more equipped than a 2010 Range rover however :)

  • @FLINTER1740

    Camel Trophy...nuff said!

  • @FLINTER1740 must be thinking of a cj5 the last of of the 2a was 49 i beleave, know what you mean about underpowered i got the original L-134 in mine but has stock size tires so not to bad. It will go more palces then my old mans cj7 will, its 13 inches shorter then that. 304 would be pretty nastey in one but i could see breaking a few axles. But who cares what it says on it, its all about having fun.
