I am disappointed to read so many ignorant comments attached to this submission. Whoever compiled this video and the many photos, I enjoyed it - the beauty, the simplicity, the stark nature. But to sentence this country to a future of quaintness would be wrong. Those who prefer to keep Mauritania frozen in time, should have a small corner for doing so. Those who would prefer to see the capital become a gleaming, modern metropolis should have that as well. I hope you enjoy your life in MR.
