@sinistar99 Yeah, my sister is a nurse and she tells me alot of stories from the hospital. It's sad to hear some of the stories of people getting screwed. To many people turn the other way because it dosen't affect them so why should they care.

Public health care would be the same thing only we'd eliminate the corporate middle man with shareholders, marketing agents, lawyers and lobbyists. I want to quit being forced to give charity to THEM, and cover every American at the same time.

@bigkieleo With nationalized health care, you'd be doing the same exact thing as with private insurance, but instead of paying shareholders and profiteers... middle men basically and lobbyists to bribe Republicans and Blue dog Democrats a million and a half a day, you'd be spending it on paying doctor bills. Plus those people who can't afford regular coverage wouldn't be using the emergency room for regular care which also costs us a ton more. It's not socialism.. It's just math.

You spend "someone else's money" every day is so many ways you take for granted. But all that aside, how do you think "private" health insurance works? You put YOUR money into a COMMUNAL POT from which an industry BUREAUCRAT distributes it among claimants. If you get sick or have an accident guess what? You'll be spending someone else's money. Period

@bigkieleo I work hard, went to school and am tired of getting screwed by insurance companies. Single payer health care isn't about socialism or getting a free ride... it's just common sense. The rest of the free world gets it. The health insurance industry spends a lot of OUR money every day to make sure we don't.
