Squirrels With Sweetgum Branch

I am a wildlife rehabilitator. Tosca, Shakespeare, and nervous Raven II play with a sweetgum branch on top of an antique desk on my screened porch. The movie starts out showing Shakespeare playing with the leaves and Raven standing behind her. They both startle when Tosca starts climbing the brick wall to join them. These squirrels have all been successfully released back into the wild as adults at this point. All the children noises are from the school next door.

Why is it it that these squirrels have giant cute eyes?

They are healthy baby gray squirrels, perhaps their eyes seem large to you because of their small size.

i dont know why squirrels aren't domesticised like hamsters and mice. i think theyd make really cool pets. althought watch out guys they really like nuts. lol

A small number of people successfully keep happy squirrels as pets, but because they are so active and so territorial, it takes a devoted human to give them everything they need and put up with their less socially acceptable behaviors. Aside from the lightning fast running around and chewing, they will also attack any human who did not take care of them as a baby.
