So you gentlemen want the secret of how Cadbury gets the soft flowing caramel inside the chocolatey pockets of the Caramilk bar. Yes we know you have it, and my people are prepared to pay fifty million. Not enough. Seventy-five million for the Caramilk secret. Not enough. A Hundred million tops. Sorryyyyyy. I'd be willing to pay...Anything! ANYTHING??!?!?!
This is the same chemical (made by bees) used to make all liquid-centre chocolates, including cordial cherries and peppermint patties. It turns the liquid to a solid; the pellets are enrobed in chocolate, & left to sit for a while. Over time, the solid returns to a liquid.
