hi, there are long time to make another comment here, i would like to ask one more question for the orca suit, for the inner, outer and zipper order seems your suit was make it outer and inner orca with MEK and the zipper is inside the inner orca by contact adhesive? since when i make my suit(i try to make 2 layer because it feel perfect to being inflated), air always go out from the suit..

So do pooltoys have 2 layers...because you never mentioned anything about adding another layer. Please tell me, I'm really thinking on making one of these

@Zantman2 Excuse the late reply. I thought I clearly mentioned that it's made from a pair of pool toys; you open them up, put one inside the other and glue along the belly to form a seam.

love your video!!!!, also i wanna to be a whale after watch this, you are so hot, i would like to ask, if it can be done on 1 layer only for the waterproof zip?

@Seigo56 If you only use 1 layer, it will be harder to retain air (you will probably need a drysuit zipper), you won't be able to breathe inside and you won't get the sensation of being inflated.

Mind if I just ask why you made this into a suit? whats the reasoning behind it? cant you like not breath inside it?

@civvys Breathing isn't all that restricted, due to air being able to flow around the top of the zip opening. I put the suit together because I love the tactile quality of inflatables and I figured it would be really cool to be able to get inside one. It really is quite a unique experience!
