Person of interest in the disappearance of his 911 County Dispatcher wife Teresa Parker, 26-year veteran of the police force Sam Parker speaks out for the first time. Sgt. Parker was fired recently for explosives found in his work locker. Before his wife disappeared he said he could kill in a way so no one ever finds the body.
