No, unfortunately it doesn't. There are no light up notifications of any sort, even when it is charging. It's a good phone, but they missed the mark when they omitted that simple feature.

I'm hopefully upgrading to this device, in a few weeks, from my OG Droid.
It fits everything I need: LTE and a keyboard!
Hopefully Bugless Beast or CyanogenMod will support it because I really want to remove the bloatware /:

@Xylotomist The keyboard will be excellent if you're coming from an OG droid. CyanogenMod isn't my favorite, but I guess that's because I am just used to HTC Sense, which I dunno why people don't like.
