One of my college room mates played his "Get The Knack" album continuously for months in 1979. At first I didn't like it, but quickly learned how great it was. Those were the days! RIP Doug.

のがありますね。 The KnackのリードボーカルのDoug Figerは昨年に亡くなっているのがとても惜しまれます。
私はまだまだ彼に歌を歌ってほしかったです。

And, to this day, I'm still amazed that they got away with singing these lyrics on Capitol Records in 1979.

Maybe now "Get The Knack" will finally get the masterpiece of rock-pop recognition it has deserved all these years. It was THE album that put the final nail in the coffin of disco, and it sounds as fresh today as it did the day it came out. Those who only know "My Sharona" do not know what they missed. RIP Doug.
