It's pretty good, for a headset. The only problem with it is I would say is that annoying high pitched noise that comes from bad noise cancellation / acoustic echo cancellation. But I guess there isn't much you can do about it, the in-game sounds should drown it out.

The audio is good. Just remember to keep the mic a bit lower or away from right in front of your mouth or else you may blow on it and it'll create fuzzy sounds :)
