Woot! My first Merlin video! My boyfriend leant me the first season and I got absolutely ADDICTED to it. Season two has been ordered in the post but it's taking it's sweet time getting here because of the snow. So I'm having Merlin withdrawals! Nooo...

When I first heard of Merlin I didn't bother watching it. I thought it'd be childish and boring. After watching the first episode the other day I realized that it was nothing like that. Sure it doesn't have major adult themes in it, but it's still enjoyable and fun to watch. It's full of action and humour and each episode has brilliant story lines.

In a strange way it reminds me of the same sort of feeling I have when I play Kingdom Hearts. (Plus the borderline yaoi) That's a REALLY strange comparison, I know.

But one of the best things about this series to me is the bond that Arthur and Merlin have. You can tell they both care about each other. Weather that's as friends or more, they just won't admit it. From the first episode to the last you can see how much they have developed as a duo.

And that's why I chose this song. Hanging by a Moment is one of my all time favourite songs and by my all time favourite band. It's beautiful. "I'm falling even more in love with you" suits the fact that weather it's friendship or more, Arthur and Merlin are getting closer, despite their expected Prince - Servant expectations.

Is it just me or are more and more shows these days TRYING to give the fan girls borderline slash/yaoi. Just look at supernatural. It's like they've realized we are a completely different group to market for and are giving us what we want so we'll buy the show ect. That's what I think anyway.

So yeah, like the majority of you guys that are probably watching this, I ship Arthur/Merlin :) ...My boyfriend is gonna be like wtf when he sees this, although I HAVE already owned up that I've made this to save him the shock of seeing it in his sub box. Maybe he should stay away from my YouTube for his sanity?
