@yksnilod - You can get guitar tabs & chord charts on Chordie or e-chords that are accurate. Beware of one thing: the second chord in the song is a B minor. Some tabs erroneously list it as Bm7. And on this version here, he's moved it down a full step so that it's in a G key instead of the A key which Badfinger used. On those tab sites, you can transpose any song so that you can play in any key. On this one, you would transpose "down 1 step" or "down two half-steps". Hope that helps. ( :
