  • mmmm...I love posole...my wife made it for my kids 11th birthday party and everyone loved it....she uses both pork and chicken in it......

  • don't recall that I claimed to be Mexican ... or that I had to be in order to cook, eat, or spell it. Yikes!

  • my Mexican friend uses these really dark big chilies, not sure what kind, and she cooks them slightly on the stove top. and i think it makes the stew redder
